Usage data: basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used, through Cloudflare Web Analytics.

To give you access to the free course or tell you when it opens.
To send related lessons and updates. You can unsubscribe from any email.
To reply to messages you send us.
To understand and improve the website.

Legal basis

Where the law requires one, we rely on your consent (for emails you sign up for) and our legitimate interest in running and improving this website.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We use service providers to run the site and send email: Kit (email), Cloudflare (hosting), Cloudflare Web Analytics, our course platform, once selected. They process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you're subscribed or while it's needed to respond to you, then delete it within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing contact@ebxmedia.co. Nevada residents may also ask us not to sell their personal information. We don't sell personal information, but you can still send that request to the same address. If you live in another state or country, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor requests as required.
